The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to Sahan for arranging an early check-in and giving us a room with stunning views of Flagstaff Gardens and the city—truly picturesque! Angeli was also amazing, allowing us a late check-out to accommodate our baby’s needs. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to consider our requests. The hotel's location is another highlight. Being close to Melbourne's free tram zone made it super convenient to explore the CBD without any hassle. This feature added great value to our stay! Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended for its excellent service, beautiful location, and family-friendly approach!

The hotel was exceptional, couldn't have asked for a better room 5 star everything you could want .The view from our top floor balcony was utterly breath taking especially at night.

High floor , great view , clean property. Breakfast included in stay though we didn’t use it. Location great and has its own restaurant. Smart tv in living room and one of the bedrooms. Nice decor in rooms. Comfortable beds. Would stay again

Exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming. They were ready with information and were polite, respectful and friendly. The room itself was clean and well planned. The lights above the bed dim if you hold your finger on the switch, which i found very pleasent as an autistic person with sensitivity to bright lights and noises. The views from the balcony were exceptional! The room was well sound proofed, and the curtains were thick and luxurious, easily blocking out the brightness of day if you wanted a sleep in. The carpet was dense and velvety in texture, so felt very nice to walk on. The room was warm even though i didnt have the heater on. The tea and coffee provided in the room was fair trade, and they used soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the showers, rather than providing little bottles of the stuff. From an environmental perspective this not only reduces waste of product but also reduces plastic waste. I find that commendable! The Flagstaff garden and Flagstaff station are on the opposite side of the road, and there is a chemist warehouse and little convenience store at the base of the building.
